PROCESSING TIMES
Most items in our shop are Ready To Ship (RTS), however, we do create custom items in our studio. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order for RTS items.
For custom, monogram & personalized items, please review the time frames in the description. Most items ship within 1-2 weeks of purchasing. Rush orders are dependent on our current production schedule so please email us at hello@avenuetwentyone.com if you need an item sooner than our listed time frames.
U.S. SHIPPING
We ship orders via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Once orders leave our hands you should receive it within 3-7 business days. (Not including weekends or holidays). An email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. Please note: It may take up for 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking for your package once it is picked up.
If needed sooner than our standard shipping time, please contact us about expedited shipping. Please note, that expedited shipping takes 2 business days and order must be placed by 2:00pm EST in order to accommodate your time frame.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship your order directly to the address you specify during checkout. If for some reason this information is incorrect, we are not responsible for locating the package once it leaves our hands. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Make sure to double check your shipping address!
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or update your order, please email us at hello@avenuetwentyone.com so we can help you. Orders will need to be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. For custom, monogram or personalized orders our design team begins working on your order so we are unable to accept cancellations once your order is placed.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Your order is so important to us and we do our very best to make sure it arrives to you safely and on-time. If you are unable to locate your package using the tracking number we email you, please contact the carrier first as they have the most information and chance of locating your package. We do not provide insurance on most packages under $500. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us for pricing. In the unlikely event that your item arrives to you damaged due to carrier neglect or mishandling, we regret that we are not responsible for replacing the item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship to select countries. Shipping fees will be determined by package weight, size & how quickly you would like it to arrive to you. Please note that international shipping can take up to 3 weeks once leaving our shop and this does not include processing times.
International orders may be subject to additional custom & VAT fees once arriving to your country. These fees are NOT included in your shipping costs and are determined by the customs officials in your country. You are responsible for paying all associated fees for your package.
