We take pride in all of our products and if for some reason you do not love your purchase you may return the item in its original, unused condition with its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
To return an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@avenuetwentyone.com. Please have your order number in the email so that we can look up your order. Once we give the okay for the return, you have 7 days to send the item back to us. Please note we are not responsible for shipping costs for returns. A refund will be issued within 2 business days of us receiving the item. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment less the shipping cost. Please note that depending on your financial institution it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to process back to your account.
CUSTOM DESIGN RETURN POLICY
Custom designed, personalized and wholesale items are non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information such as names, initials & wording is correct for personalized items. We do not change the wording on our end when creating your order & enter it exactly as you enter it when placing your order. If for some reason the error is on our end, we will gladly work with you to make it right!
