CONSULTATION & QUOTES: We will contact you within 72 hours either by phone or email to consult with you on your wants and needs. We will go over color combinations, paper choices, size considerations, embellishment options and discuss any questions you may have. Based on our conversation, we will provide you with an initial quote. Final quantities, embellishments, etc. can be changed at any time prior to proof approval & production.
DEPOSIT: Should you decide on Avenue Twenty-One as your exclusive designer, a $150 non-refundable deposit will be charged. (The deposit will be applied to your final payment.)
INITIAL DESIGN: Approximately 4-6 months prior to your event date we will get started on your design. An initial concept based on your style will be emailed to you as a jumping off point.
DESIGN PROCESS: Once the deposit is received, we will work together to make sure your designs are everything you envisioned and more! We offer 3 rounds of revisions and changes. For the majority of clients, this is more than enough. Should you need additional revisions a $25.00 fee per change will be assessed and added to your final bill.
APPROVAL: Once the final proof is approved by you a final invoice will be sent to you. This will be for the remaining balance less the $150 deposit.
PRINTING/PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY: The design is finished, the balance is paid…Now you sit back, relax and leave the magic to us! Your items will be expertly (and lovingly) made. Production time will vary based on quantity, intricacy of design and number of components.
SHIPPING: Shipping charges will be included to the final balance payment prior to production. Orders will be shipped via USPS. If you have preferred shipping method please let us know!
Avenue Twenty-One only accepts a limited number of custom order requests per month so that we can give our clients the one-on-one attention they deserve. From initial consultation to delivery, the process can take anywhere from 2-4 months. Therefore, it is recommended that you contact us 4-8 months prior to your event date to reserve your spot.
